it isnt a 100% chance....its just better then it would be.
use a sup salvage kit on it

Ok, I finally got a few while levelling my ele on Istan...and one in Kourna from a chest

But...I can't use them. I tried applying them to everything from djiin essences to salvage items to weapons...and I can't apply it. Gave one to a friend of mine who got some ruby daggers, and he couldn't apply it either.

What am I doing wrong?

Did it ever occur to you "Measure for Measure" is an "inscription" meant to be use ONLY on "inscribable" weapons?

Wow, just managed to get 120 (!) Piles of Glittering Dust out of a Wooden Boar Scepter, just look:

Is this a record or is this considered to be normal?

MfM=Highly Salvageable? erm..i got tonnes of these sitting in storage waiting for my ruby weapons xD
